You are not alone...
Look over your shoulder at work, and you'll probably see a wall. An empty hallway. Maybe, if you're lucky, the crown of somebody's head buried behind a monitor.
Look over your shoulder as a member of AIGA, and well, you'll see the same thing.
But you'll know that we're behind you.
The point is, as a part of AIGA, you're never alone. No matter the topic or the format, when we get together, it's really all about connection. Call our functions a social call, a learning experience, a professional development tool, a matchmaking opportunity, whatever. But the main thing they are is an invaluable resource. An opportunity to connect with a network of your peers-new hands to shake, backs to pat or (as the case has been recently) shoulders to cry on.
